The Meal Replacement Tracker is a convenient tool for keeping track of your meal replacement program. It provides a simple and user-friendly interface that allows you to easily mark your meals, optional items, and water intake for each day.

The day rings serve as a helpful reminder to track your progress and see what you have completed and what is left to accomplish.

Setting a goal to consume the recommended amount of meals and water daily is made effortless by closing the meal ring and the water ring.

In addition to tracking your meals, you can also record your daily weight on the input screen. This information is displayed on the overview screen along with your food and water rings. The color-coded display indicates any changes in weight, whether it's an increase, decrease, or no change at all.

Push notifications serve as a reminder to eat a meal every 2.5 hours. You have the option to customize these notifications with the "Custom Alarm" in-app purchase. Once you begin tracking your meals for the day, the reminders will start automatically.

The app offers various meal plans including Standard, Nursing Mother, 4MR2, and 5MR2. Depending on the program you choose, you can decide on the duration by selecting the number of weeks. The Standard plan allows flexibility in modifying Burn and Transition weeks, while the other plans only allow changes to Burn weeks.

You can document your progress throughout the program by taking pictures at the Start, Middle, and End stages. Additionally, recording body measurements at these stages offers a comprehensive view of your transformation.

If needed, you have the option to restart the program completely by using the restart button to erase all data and start fresh.

The app now includes support for iCloud Backup and Sync. This feature ensures that your data is automatically backed up and synced with your iCloud account. It seamlessly integrates with your other Apple devices using the same Apple ID.

For enhanced functionality, there are three in-app purchases available. The "Custom Alarm Notification" allows you to set your default alarm interval and even configure one-time alarm notifications for your next meal. The "Overview Details" purchase provides a graph representation of your weight for the week and overall, along with minimum, maximum, and current weight information. It also displays the time of your next meal at the top of the screen. Lastly, the "Remove Ads" purchase removes ads from the app and offers an additional row of water icons.

Please note that the app only supports portrait orientation. Ads are displayed at the bottom of the screen.
